H.    No Waiver.  Besides as expressly set forth in these Conditions or any Extra Terms: (i) no failure or hold off by you or PharmaCann in working out any of legal rights, powers, or solutions hereunder will run as being a waiver of that or every other right, power, or remedy, and (ii) no waiver or modification of any term of these Phrases or
